Therefore, both need attention and care.

That is a massive thing since money is often an issue of why people don’t go to personal therapy often, even if insurance covers it partially.

This app offers highly useful tools to help you manage your mental and emotional state’s ups and downs. There is also a section within the app called Better Me, which covers your life areas that can easily affect your mental health if any of them are off-kilter.
